American burgers, fried chicken, thirteen hour house smoked brisket and classic desserts like pecan pie, chocolate brownies & lemon meringue pie. Our Jersey Burgers are famous for their 100% Australian grain feed beef, seasoned and minced on premises and our special Jersey sauce. Atmosphere, think of the famous Jersey bars like the Stone Pony. Its MTV mixed with American heartland rock ‘n’ roll. American beers and premium bourbon.

Michters is Americas first distilling company, dating back to 1753 when they started out making rye whiskey. They take a ‘Cost Be Damned’ approach to the production of every barrel, using various methods including air drying their barrels for 36 months, toasting the barrels before charring them, using a low barrel-entry strength, heat cycling to encourage ageing during the frigid winters and using specific filtration types for each whiskey they make.
Michter’s believe that the lower 103 proof (51.5% ABV) level – which was historically regarded as the gold standard in Kentucky – allows for the concentrated sugars in the toasted and charred wood to dissolve more readily into the distillate as it cycles in and out of the barrel.
At the Michter’s distillery, they chill filter all of their whiskeys instead of using carbon filtration that can strip out flavour and aroma.

The Jersey Bar was inspired by The Stone Pony, located in Asbury Park in Monmouth County, New Jersey, USA. It’s one of New Jersey’s best-known music venues and a launchpad for many legends, including Bruce Springsteen, Jon Bon Jovi, and Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes. In the same spirit, you can expect to hear the best local talent at our live acoustic sessions every Friday and Saturday night from 7.00pm til late.
