Pho@Fairfield is a specialised Pho House offering traditional beef, chicken, prawn and vegetarian Pho alongside our renowned fried spring rolls. For those with a sweet tooth try our famous Pandan ice cream. A wide selection of refreshments including our signature bubble teas are also available.

LOVE PHO REAL
The slow and laborious process of making pho takes great care and love. The broth is simmered for at least ten hours to reduce it by half. While it is boiling, it must be constantly skimmed of any impurities to ensure a clean, clear broth. Each noodle portion is blanched in boiling water for 20 seconds before straining and transferring to a serving bowl. The finished pho is garnished with basil, lemon and Vietnamese mint sourced from our rooftop garden.
